Our signature weekly bespoke group classes are designed to support every layer of your wellbeing:
• Mind: Be Still & Breathe – a grounding breathwork and mindfulness class to calm the mind and bring you into the present.
• Body: Nervous System Regulation – gentle movement and breath practices to reduce cortisol and restore inner balance.
• Beauty & Body Rituals: Gua Sha Lymphatic Drainage & Facial Yoga – a rejuvenating practice to release tension, support detox, and awaken your natural glow.
• Spirit: Divine Aroma Crystal Meditation – a deeply restorative session combining scent, sound, and crystal energy to elevate your spirit.
